Next time we're back in Solvang, we'll have to reconsider. We went back here because we'd already been a couple of other times. Very rarely have we had a problem with a place that most TA users like. I very rarely have to leave a somewhat negative review on Trip Advisor because I depend so heavily on TA users before I take a trip when I plan our meals / activities / hotel stays. He didn't want to be a pain after the first meal was finally fixed so he ate it anyway without saying anything. My husband ordered chicken raviolis and halfway through his dinner I realized he was eating just cheese raviolis, no chicken. Which I'm assuming is also how they cook the frozen chicken. So we had to send the pasta back for them to microwave for us. We pointed out that if it was going to take a while, our pasta would be cold by the time the chicken came out. Then said chicken was frozen and needed to be thawed. When we asked about it, it felt like an inconvenience to the staff, who first said we had the right meals. We paid for a meal with chicken and two of them didn't show up at the table with chicken, just the pasta. This time, four of us visited and there was something wrong with two of our meals. If you come to town with picky eaters who don't necessarily want unique Danish food, this used to be a good alternative.
